In case the bag presents a defect for correctness we ask you to send us the photo, once found the problem will be withdrawn by the courier, naturally at our expense, once returned by us you will be asked if you prefer a refund or replacement.

Absolutely, we ship to European Union countries and beyond. If the area is served, shipping takes on average from 3 to 7 working days. In this case, however, it is not free and the cost starts at € 10.00.
